The only one of its kind, Chase & Ovation has been performing exclusively the music of Prince (live in concert) for the past 12 years as the ONLY Resident Tribute to the Music of Prince in and from Minneapolis. With Prince himself in attendance for the opening night of this show in 2006 at the historic ‘First Avenue’ in downtown Minneapolis, home of the iconic film ‘Purple Rain’, and giving Chase & Ovation his personal ‘two thumbs up’, this one of a kind tribute show has continued its monthly celebration of Love.. Life.. And the Music of Prince in the heart of the Purple City ever since! Fans of the show include even some of Prince’s former band mates and family members who give Chase & Ovation the highest remarks for reproducing Prince’s music ‘the way it is meant to be played, heard, and felt’. This high-energy, “Spot On”, audio and visually captivating production brings you the very best of Prince throughout his expansive career in this one of a kind arena-caliber concert experience.
